I want to wish

you all a very
Happy New Year!
It seems like 2008 has passed so quickly; but I know that every year passes the same way. It's always like being on a roller coaster ride. Some days are up and some days are down.
I haven't made any New Year's resolutions yet; that's going to happen this evening, I'm sure. I also want to find the perfect "word" to sustain me throughout 2009.
I also signed up for the Project 365 at ScrapbookGraphics. We'll be taking a photo a day for 2009 and I believe I'm supposed to post my photos on my blog.
I also want to take time out to thank the wonderful CTs that I am on for having me participate this past year. I really am having a ball getting to know these very talented women. I love their designs (kits) and like having the ability to create my layouts using the kits.
So, THANK YOU... Jessica Dixon, Mama Mia designs by Mandy, Melissa Daniel, Micheline Martin, Neverland Scraps, Wendyzine Scraps, and the designers at Plain Digital Wrapper Site.
I hope 2009 brings everyone peace, joy and lots of time for scrapbooking!

I want to show you

these "Simply Elegant Holiday Photo Cards" which are going to be available soon at PDW. Denise Zavango created them and she makes it so easy for us to put a photo in them, sign our names, print and send out.

Here are a couple I made just to show you.

I made them using the Holiday Cards by Denise Zavango and used Tracy King's Christmas Glitter Elements to complete them. I think they turned out great!

Free Vintage Images Alert

I just had to post that Lisa Vollrath of Ten Two Studios is doing The Original Printables Holiday Countdown calendar with new vintage images given away each day. It's linkware, so all you have to do is post a link to the site and then download to your heart's content. Check it out here.

And I wanted to thank Donna Miller for posting this on her blog so I could find it.

I can't believe

that it's already December. Christmas is coming faster every year.

As I was working on a layout for the PDW CT I decided to create a quick page for you. The kit is Fireside by Julie Itis at PDW.

The link has expired. Sorry!

I know we will be seeing lots more Christmas-time kits as the days go by. I am thankful to Julie for allowing me to share the quick page with you.
